Election of New Officers Meeting

Meeting Agenda:

  1. Call to order @ ~ 5:30
    Minutes: Those in attendance, Bruce Stockton, Jeremy Ritchie, Larry Warren, Marla
    Bosworth, Kyler Baker, Lorie Thibault, Jared Schweitzer, (absent: Christopher Cox and
    Tom Harter).
  2. Election of Officers
    Minutes: A unanimous decision was made regarding replacement of retiring officers and
    duties to the following new members. Board members will serve for three years unless
    the current board votes to release and approve a new oncoming member.
    Retiring: Larry Warren, President: passed to new president Christopher Cox.
    Retiring: Bruce Stockton, Road Maintenance Account Accounting and HAPOA Dues
    Invoicing: passed to new officer Lori Thibault.
    Retiring: Bruce Stockton, Road Maintenance Account: passed to new member Kyler
    Baker.
    Retiring: Marla Bosworth, Secretary: passed to new officer Lori Thibault.
    Retiring: Jeremy Ritchie, Sewer Account Maintenance: passed to new member Tom
    Harder.
    Christopher Cox, Active Member: Passed to new member Jared Schweitzer.
  3. History Lesson- Recap of recent decisions and reasoning behind them.
    Bruce Stockton updated the collection of recent HAPOA dues. He explained the process
    of collection to Lori and how nonpayment is passed to the Attorney if needed.
    Marla Bosworth added the 2022 Annual Meeting minutes are complete and will be
    uploaded to the HAPOA website by Avery Barnett. She will complete the election
    minutes from this meeting and send Avery within the next few days.
    Larry Warren discussed (via phone) the role of President to Christopher Cox who
    accepted the nomination.
    Jeremey Ritchie gave a brief recap of Sewer Account history to Kyler Baker.
  4. Open Discussion
    Question was asked about the next phase of crack filling and sealing for the
    neighborhood roads. Bruce Stockton noted the next stage expected this spring is the
    area in “green”. The map is posted on the HAPOA website.
  5. Adjourn by 6:30
    Meeting was motioned to adjourn at 6:40 p.m.
