Springfield Striping & Sealing will be starting Phase 3 of our neighborhood road maintenance next week within Heritage Acres.
The first step of Phase 3 will be for them to fill the cracks. Because they are just filling cracks and not seal coating the entire street in this stage, there should be very little time you will not be able to drive on the roads. This notice is to mainly inform you to watch for the workers and give them the right of way, like you would any other pedestrian or construction traffic.
Sealing of these same streets in Phase 3 will happen later this coming Spring as warmer, dryer temperatures allow.
Phase 3 is shown on the attached map and includes:
- Heritage Acres Dr. from Gum Rd. south to the roundabout.
- All of Lost Trail
- All of Crimson Oak
- Royal Oak from the roundabout East to CR #188
- All of Driftwood
- Fox Ridge Dr. from Royal Oak south to Fireside Dr.
